The quickest and most secure way to get help with your account is by using our in-app chat.

You'll be speaking directly to our UK-based support team. Because you're already logged in, we can quickly and securely assist you with your specific account details.

  • How to use it: Just log in to the app, head to the 'Profile' or 'Help' section, and start a conversation.

  • Our Hours: Our team is available to answer messages from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM BST (excluding UK public holidays). We aim to respond to all messages within 24-48 business hours.

  • By Phone If you would prefer to speak to a member of the team, you can give us a call.

For certain issues, it's best to use a dedicated email address to ensure it's handled by the correct specialist team.

  • To report suspected fraud: If you believe you are a victim of fraud, please contact our dedicated fraud team immediately. Email: fraud@updraft.com
