Help with connecting Nationwide bank

There is a known issue with some customers Nationwide accounts not connecting because of Face ID security within the Nationwide banking app.

To switch the setting off in the app do the following:

  • Tap the menu in the top right

  • Select Details & Settings

  • Tap Face ID

  • Switch it to off

  • Hit Save

Once you've completed this process you can try to connect Nationwide to Updraft again.
