Thank you for helping us improve the Updraft app. If you've found a technical issue, a typo, or something that isn't working as you'd expect, reporting it to our team is the best way to help us get it fixed.
Your feedback is essential for our development cycle, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
What Information Should I Include in My Report?
The more detail you can provide, the faster our technical team can identify the source of the problem and work on a solution. When you contact us, please include as much of the following information as possible:
A Clear Description: Explain exactly what the problem is. What did you expect to happen, and what happened instead?
Steps to Reproduce: This is the most important part. Please describe, step-by-step, what you were doing in the app right before the issue occurred. For example:
I opened the app.
I tapped on the 'Credit Score' tab.
I scrolled to the bottom of the page, and the app crashed.
A Screenshot or Screen Recording: A picture is worth a thousand words. If you can safely take a screenshot or screen recording of the issue, it is incredibly helpful for our team. Please ensure no sensitive personal data is visible.
Your Device and OS Version: Let us know the model of your phone and the operating system it's running (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 18.1, or Google Pixel 9 with Android 15).
Your Updraft App Version: You can usually find this in the 'Profile' or 'Settings' section of the app.
How to Submit Your Bug Report
The best way to report a bug is directly through the in-app chat. This is the most effective method as our system can sometimes gather important diagnostic information automatically.
Open the Updraft app.
Navigate to the 'Profile' or 'Help' section.
Start a chat with our support team and provide the details listed above.
If you are unable to log in to the app, you can email us at support@updraft.com. Please include the word "Bug Report" in your subject line.
What Happens Next?
Our support team will acknowledge your report and create a ticket for our technical team. They may contact you for more information if needed.
While we can’t give individual progress updates for every report, all submissions are logged, reviewed, and prioritised.
Fixes are released in future app updates, so please keep your app up to date via the App Store or Google Play Store.
Thank you again for your help in making Updraft better for everyone.
