You can close your account by going to the ‘My Profile’ section of your Updraft account. Simply scroll down on your dashboard to Your Profile, View Profile then scroll down to Close Account.

This will delink your accounts, close your Updraft account and return you the log in screen.

You will not be able to close your account if you have Updraft Credit. Contact us via an in app message or email and we can help you further.
