First thing to check is that you know the security details for your internet banking. Each bank is different and we have a guide on each, which you'll see once you press your bank's icon i.e. you'll need a username, password, memorable word.

If you can't remember some or any of these, you should go to your bank's internet banking page and follow the process for resetting them. Once that's done, come back to Updraft and try connecting your account again.
